Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Analyst - Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, with exposure to IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Commercial services.

You will manage smaller projects, own workstreams, run RFPs and vendor analyses, build financial models and business cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance cost, risk and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement or a related field.
• Experience with contracting, vendor negotiations and RFP processes.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to independently structure and execute financial analyses and business cases.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead smaller sourcing projects from planning through execution.
• Own workstreams within larger cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
• Structure and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support vendor selection and contracting decisions.
• Validate and sense-check analyses to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support end-to-end RFx processes, including bid documentation, project-team coordination, response evaluation and leadership recommendations.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders during contract discussions, escalating issues when appropriate.
