Forvis Mazars Search is partnering with a nationally recognized nonprofit healthcare organization to recruit a Senior Analyst who will support budgeting, financial planning and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with leaders across the institution, delivering analysis that informs resource allocation, operations improvement and sustained investment in the mission, while presenting findings to executives and managers with clear data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and analyze departmental and organizational budgets.
• Analyze financial and operational results, investigate variances and provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to organizational leadership.
• Partner with executives, managers and other stakeholders on financial planning, operational initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Present financial analyses, special project reporting and data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support organization-wide financial reporting through data collection, validation and analysis while identifying opportunities to improve financial and operating efficiency.
