Job summary

Stryker Group in Cary, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst - Sales Support to partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, reporting, and operational support that improve performance and customer outcomes.

You will develop dashboards and automated reporting, analyze customer and market data, translate requests into analytical plans, support pricing and quoting, maintain CRM data, and prepare executive-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with customer, sales, market, or operational data to support business decision-making.
• Experience with Data cleansing and automation.
