Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented senior analyst to support our growing sales organization. This role is critical to analyzing & managing our sales data, driving operational excellence, refining sales processes, and presenting the team with actionable insights they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, and a proven ability to deliver concise, data-driven analyses. This position requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, process thinking, and business acumen.

In this role, you will be a crucial member of the Revenue Operations team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes by ensuring data accuracy, building insightful dashboards, streamlining operational workflows, and supporting reporting that drives high-quality decision-making. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, is meticulous with details, and understands how to align systems and data with strategic sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and other key sales KPIs.
  • Synthesize data & sales analyses into concise presentations.
  • Assist with optimizing Salesforce (CRM) to support day-to-day sales activities, including order management, quoting, and SKU maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for data hygiene, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
  • Audit, clean, and import data into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cross-functional data integrity.
  • Assist with driving constant improvements to revenue operations processes.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support for sales reps on systems & tools. Develop training materials, process documentation, and help drive adoption of new features and processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, Salesforce administration, or a related role with exposure to Salesforce.
  • Skills:
    • Incredible attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM navigation, dashboarding, and reporting.
    • Understanding of how to manipulate data and prepare analyses in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to key stakeholders.
    • Proficient in the creation of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
    • Understanding of sales funnel metrics, lead lifecycle, and key sales performance indicators.
    • Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and LTV.
  • Nice to Have
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, validation rules, etc.).
    • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
    • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Salesforce certifications.

Expected Compensation:The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $80,000 - $100,000.In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
