The role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and engagement in AI-driven security workflows. Applicants should have extensive IR experience, strong forensics skills, and a track record of strategic remediation across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive incident response leadership experience.
• Strong MITRE ATT&CK knowledge and application.
• Forensic analysis across host/memory/network required.
• Scripting experience in Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• AI platforms integration in security operations beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments as technical lead for high-severity incidents.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, forensics, and network data to determine root cause and scope of compromise.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 attacks (BEC/AITM) and guide customers.
• Review malware analysis to inform detection and remediation strategies.
• Develop and lead remediation plans including third-party containment.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to training materials and knowledge base.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation in detection/response.
• Represent CrowdStrike in thought leadership and external speaking engagements.
• Communicate with customers during escalations as trusted advisor.
