In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how Celigo is viewed by the analyst community and the broader market.

What would you do, if hired?

As the Senior Manager, Analyst Relations, you’ll own and operate Celigo’s analyst relations (AR) program from end to end. You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, executive leadership, product management, and customer marketing to build and deepen relationships with top-tier analysts while driving strategic visibility and awareness for Celigo.

Program Management & Strategy
  • Drive the analyst relations calendar—scheduling briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with analyst account managers to elevate Celigo’s profile and influence.
  • Identify new analysts and coverage areas where Celigo should be seen and heard.
Analyst Engagement & Content Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prepare for analyst briefings and key inquiries.
  • Serve as lead project manager for analyst questionnaires and surveys (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes), ensuring timely, coordinated, and high-quality submissions.
  • Create and deliver quarterly newsletters, product updates, and analyst-exclusive content to keep Celigo top-of-mind.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
  • Monitor analyst research and Celigo coverage to surface insights for internal teams.
  • Feed analyst feedback into product, marketing, and GTM strategy.
  • Support positioning and thought leadership content targeted specifically at the analyst audience.

  • Comfortable working across functions and engaging with senior executives.
  • Energized by both strategic initiatives and tactical execution.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of experience in analyst relations, product marketing, or related functions within B2B SaaS, ideally in integration, automation, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar firms.
  • Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle of analyst evaluations (e.g., MQ, Wave, MarketScape).
  • A product marketing mindset and ability to shape messaging and positioning for a technical audience.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience navigating fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $150,000.00 and $175,000.00 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
