Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Lab Systems Support specialist to ensure the LabWare LIMS and MODA platforms run in a compliant, validated state at our Massachusetts biologics site. You will manage workflows, master data, and data interfaces while collaborating with QC, manufacturing, IT, and external vendors.

The role requires hands-on LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8) experience, strong SQL and interface configuration skills, and solid knowledge of cGxP and data integrity to support regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, CS, Chemistry, Biology)
• 2–4 years in pharma/biopharma supporting lab systems or QC environments
• Hands-on LabWare LIMS experience, especially LabWare 8
• Experience with SQL, interface configurations (e.g., Modbus), and computer systems validation
• Strong knowledge of cGxP, data integrity, and validated systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain workflows and master data for ECMS lab systems
• Support system/instrument integrations and data interfaces
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions
• Support validation activities and change controls
