Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) in New York City is seeking a Senior Analyst to advance nonprofit initiatives through project management, policy analysis, and cross‑agency collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• An associate degree plus two years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• A four-year high school diploma plus four years of relevant experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support nonprofit initiatives, including Returnable Grant Fund (RGF), Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) funding, human services timely contract registration, and nonprofit contracting reform.
• Create project plans and coordinate the management of those plans, including standard operating procedures.
• Provide change management support to internal and external stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations and City human services agencies.
• Research and analyze policies, practices, and data to identify opportunities to streamline business processes, inform strategic priorities, and strengthen relationships between the City and external stakeholders.
• Support with tasks related to planning, coordination, and preparation of meetings, trainings, and projects.
