Guggenheim Securities is seeking a motivated investment banking professional to join the Private Capital Solutions group in New York. The role focuses on minority equity raises, growth equity, and acquisition financing, with exposure to senior leaders on major assignments.

You will participate in deal execution, marketing, and client communications, collaborate with senior bankers and investors, and leverage strong modeling and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of investment banking experience.
• Core modeling and PowerPoint experience in professional setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: key deal team member for execution of a broad range of advisory and financing transactions.
• Interact with senior bankers, clients, and other advisors during drafting/negotiating sessions.
• Analyze industry and company-specific information, including detailed research and analysis of global institutional investors.
• Prepare analysis on institutional investors including growth equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, alternate asset managers.
• Track market data to assist the group’s communications with clients and industry coverage teams.
• Monitor overall execution and book-building of private capital offerings.
