Cheniere Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Operations Applications in Houston to lead functional design, development, and support for O&M software in power generation environments.

You will gather requirements, document technical specs, and partner with IT to deploy enhanced functionality and reliable operations. The role requires five years of enterprise app experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS or related field of study.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with application implementation, administration and support, including experience supporting applications used in power generation plant environments.
• Maximo technical support experience, with emphasis on work management and supply chain, is a plus.
• Full life-cycle experience with all aspects of Enterprise application setup, testing, user training, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in functional design, development, support, maintenance, and configuration of Operations and Maintenance applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare workflow diagrams, and develop functional design documents.
• Deploy new and enhanced functionality and business flow per requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex problems through research and functional analysis.
• Review unit testing and integration plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain patches and upgrades; review change management procedures for production moves.
• Document user manuals and translate technical issues for business users.
• Coordinate with vendors on security risk assessments.
