The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.The Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) within TLS / American Express Travel brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey - and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.The Senior Analyst, Partner Marketing position is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Partnerships and Marketing organization focused on driving partner value and Card Member engagement with key TLS programs in the lodging vertical, including Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection. The successful candidate will be a strong marketer, who can generate value for key strategic partners, and can also display comfort working with and influencing partners internally as well as with critical external travel suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Paid Marketing Program for our proprietary lodging programs (+2,000 hotels), launching monthly placements across TLS and Enterprise channels.Partner with key internal stakeholders (account managers, MCR, GABM, CA&C, etc.) to unlock new opportunities.Manage external partner communication, including consulting on marketing strategies to help drive hotel growth.Build and present quarterly marketing reviews to strategic lodging partners (e.g., Hilton).Track all lodging partner marketing and develop new / enhanced reporting processes.Partner with external agencies to support marketing work streams and enhance partner-facing tools / resources.Continue to innovate marketing offerings based on results and overall TLS strategy.Preferred QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years previous marketing experience, ideally with experience working with external partners.Effective partner management experience, including a track record of success building / nurturing relationships with internal and external clients.Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, including internal and external partners.Excellent organization and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and flawlessly manage multiple projects under pressure with competing deadlines.Ability to multitask and prioritize across a portfolio of clients and projects.Self-starter able to collaborate with many teams across the Blue Box and evolve in a changing environment.Bachelor’s Degree required.Salary Range :

55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
