Royal Caribbean Group's Legal Team in Miami, FL, seeks a Senior Analyst, Paralegal to support corporate governance, records management, and board/committee activities. This onsite role reports to the Senior Director, Associate Counsel and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will lead entity management across domestic and international subsidiaries, oversee regulatory filings, and collaborate with in-house counsel and external advisers on complex governance matters.

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Legal Team has an exciting career opportunity for full-time Senior Analyst, Paralegal reporting to the Senior Director, Associate Counsel.
The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida

The Senior Analyst, Paralegal is a key member of the Legal Department’s corporate governance function, responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the company’s domestic and international subsidiaries. Working closely with in-house counsel, senior management, and external advisors, the Senior Paralegal manages corporate records, supports public board and committee meetings, entity formation and maintenance, and regulatory filings. The role requires strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters under the direction and supervision of in-house counsel.
