Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in the United States seeks an experienced business/data analyst to drive actionable insights across operations. You will maintain and improve dashboards, analyze financial and productivity data, and influence strategies for company-wide performance.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPivot/PowerQuery, Cognos, PowerBI, SQL, and VBA is required, with strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities to lead multiple projects with management support.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years business and/or data analysis experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery.
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos, MS PowerBI, SQL, and VBA a plus.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to coordinate work with management.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of operational and data structures and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Five to eight years business and/or data analysis experience

• Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos, MS PowerBI, SQL, and VBA a plus
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate the work of others and work with all levels of management
• Must possess the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of operational and data structures
• Must possess project management skills.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, mathematics or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required.
