As a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy & Analytics, you will shape the long-term direction of our Customer Success organization through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This role focuses on product adoption strategy, analytics innovation, and scalable engagement motions to evolve Salesforce outcomes in an AI-first world. You will independently drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and scale analytics quality and self-service capabilities.
