  • Maintain fiduciary oversight processes, including investment selection, monitoring, watchlist governance, replacement analysis, fee benchmarking, and investment menu evaluation.

  • Support compliance with ERISA fiduciary standards and maintain documentation that supports a prudent, repeatable, and well-controlled investment process.

  • Prepare and support recurring investment committee meetings, including development of scorecards, dashboards, recommendations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of investment industry experience preferred.

  • Experience supporting workplace retirement plan investment selection, monitoring, and reporting preferred.

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required in accordance with department policy or obtained within established department timelines.

  • CFA designation required in accordance with department policy or must be obtained within established department timelines.
