Senior Analyst Marketing Technology (Workfront)

The Remote Sr. Analyst, Marketing Technology Operations supports and administers the marketing tools, systems, and platforms that form the foundation for the internal marketing agency—most notably, Adobe Workfront. These tools enable request management, content creation, and the distribution of marketing materials for both internal and external audiences across all markets.

This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and cross-functionally with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Adobe Workfront, a detail-oriented approach, a curiosity-driven mindset, and the confidence to manage complex system integrations.

Work Schedule: Flexible on time zone; standard business hours.

Pay Range: $60–$70/hour DOE.

Workfront Experience: Advanced-level Workfront required, including Workfront Fusion.

Essential Functions:

  1. Lead and assist with new Adobe Workfront configurations and enhancements to existing setups.
  2. Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration solutions with business goals.
  3. Design, enhance, and maintain Workfront workflows, system integrations, custom forms, fields, and approval flows to improve user experience.
  4. Analyze and optimize workflows, automated notifications, and operations to streamline project management and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Utilize expertise in Workfront to create and manage integrations.
  6. Stay informed on Adobe Workfront and related technology trends to refine integration strategies.
  7. Troubleshoot system issues quickly and professionally.
  8. Communicate system updates and enhancements clearly to the user base.
  9. Monitor Adobe Workfront integration performance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
  10. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that Workfront supports project delivery and timelines.
  11. Provide status reports and updates on Adobe Workfront integrations to stakeholders and leadership.
  12. Oversee QA and testing for Adobe Workfront and campaign builds.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with enterprise-wide tools, including Adobe Workfront.
  • Advanced experience with Workfront.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with tools, processes, and operations planning including evolving industry and tech trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex projects.
  • Effective at balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
