Net Conversion LLC is a data-obsessed marketing and analytics agency in downtown Orlando, offering a hybrid schedule for Orlando or Charlotte teams. The Senior Marketing Analyst will develop media strategies, manage partner campaigns, and deliver insights to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in a similar role.
• Google Analytics certified; proficient with GA and marketing platforms.
• Experience creating and delivering presentation decks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and set priorities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• MS Office and email proficiency; Mac proficiency at an intermediate level.
• 3-5 years relevant experience; Bachelor's in Marketing or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital media strategies across search, display/banner, video, paid social and partner buys.
• Manage campaigns within Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Google Campaign Manager, etc.
• Manage partner relationships on behalf of Net Conversion.
• Create and deliver presentation decks to communicate upcoming strategic initiatives or recap recent digital efforts.
• Identify and execute digital media tests.
• Collaborate with Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ad-hoc partner analysis with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Craft ad copy aligned to partner goals to drive direct conversion.

JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Manager, Marketing

MAJOR PURPOSE

The Senior Marketing Analyst will assist in the development and execution of Net Conversion’s partner media strategies and is responsible for marketing & analysis/optimization of the organization's services and/or products which may include consumer & market insights, digital marketing, advertising, and analytics.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop digital media strategies and campaigns utilizing channels such as search engine marketing, display/banner, video, paid social, direct partner buys and others.
• Knowledge in creating and managing campaigns within media platforms and tools with partners including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Google Campaign Manager, etc.
• Manage partner relationships on behalf of Net Conversion
• Creating and delivering presentation decks for the purpose of communicating

upcoming strategic initiatives or recapping recent digital efforts

• Take initiative to identify and execute digital media tests
• Work closely with the Analytics team to track performance and make optimizations to partner campaign efforts to improve media and overall business performance
• Adhoc partner analysis as needed, including root cause/deep dive analysis, insights, and providing recommendations as part of ongoing optimization efforts
• Craft ad copy specific to partner’s goals and needs to drive direct conversion

Requirements

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

• A college degree in marketing, business or a related field is preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 2-4 years prior experience in a role requiring similar skill sets.
• Google Analytics certified and proficiency with Google Analytics and/or marketing network platforms.
• Experience in storytelling through presentation decks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, determine task priorities and follow-through.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Superior organization
• MS Office and email proficiency.
• MAC proficiency at a minimum of an intermediate level

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks)
