Qualifications

• Applying advanced analytic tools and automation to organize, evaluate, and derive insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured information.
• Consolidating complex, ambiguous, and conflicting information into authoritative analyses, assessments, and recommendations for senior military and civilian leaders.
• Analyzing, recommendations, and evaluations are normally reviewed by management officials for potential influence on broad policy and program objectives and goals.
• Identifying critical joint issues, assess second- and third-order effects across the enterprise, integrate cross-domain solutions, and devise innovative approaches where established methods do not apply.
• Creating recommendations based off analysis of real time lessons coming from current combat operations, determining which Joint Warfighting Concept identified capability requirements correlate with these lessons.
