Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting.
  • 3-6 years of directly relevant experience in investor relations, client service, investor reporting, capital formation, or investment management; experience supporting institutional investors in private markets, real estate, or credit is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems; experience analyzing fund, portfolio, and investor data and producing polished investor presentations is required.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting DDQs, investor reports, presentations, and responses to sophisticated institutional investor or consultant requests.
  • Understanding of investment management concepts, fund structures, performance reporting, and private-market or real estate investment terminology is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage senior stakeholder expectations, verify financial and qualitative information, and exercise judgment regarding accuracy, confidentiality, and escalation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret fund and portfolio performance, identify key takeaways, and translate complex financial information into concise, accurate investor communications.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent workstreams, establishing timelines, coordinating senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to anticipate investor and senior-team needs, flag risks early, close the loop on deliverables, and improve Investor Relations processes and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for investors and their representatives, delivering responsive, accurate service and building trusted relationships in partnership with senior members of the Investor Relationships team.
  • Independently coordinate and prepare responses to complex investor-level requests by analyzing and documenting fund- and investment-level information, including cash flow analyses and portfolio look-throughs, in partnership with internal teams and with appropriate review based on the nature of the request.
  • Independently manage recurring and ad hoc requests from investors, consultants, and other third parties, by coordinating with Investor Relations leadership, Legal, Accounting, Operations, and Investment teams, identifying issues requiring escalation and delivering timely and accurate responses.
  • Partner with the VP, Investor Reporting & Operations to plan proactive fund updates, prepare briefing materials and talking points, track follow-ups, and support direct investor engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage engagement data to support proactive investor outreach, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and capital-raising reporting.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content by gathering and analyzing relevant information and drafting materials for review by senior team members, including investor-facing commentary, market insights, portfolio narratives, and thematic analysis that contextualize portfolio performance within broader economic and market trends, supporting clear, investor-ready storytelling around positioning and outlook.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end preparation process for quarterly investor memos, including coordinating supporting schedules, analyzing fund and portfolio data, drafting investor-ready narratives, managing the review process, and validating final content for accuracy and consistency before final senior-level approval.
  • Independently project-manage defined workstreams within the annual investor meeting and other investor-facing events, including agendas, presentations, speaker preparation, logistics, and follow-up materials.
  • Independently manage the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) workstreams from intake through submission, including scoping deliverables, establishing timelines, drafting and maintaining responses, coordinating internal contributors, verifying data and content, escalating complex or sensitive questions and obtaining appropriate senior team members and Legal and Compliance approval, as necessary.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party fund administrator on investor portal administration, including reviewing investor notices and communications for accuracy, coordinating approvals, and managing timely distribution.
  • Provide project-based guidance and quality review for junior team members or external resources, as applicable, and contribute to team best practices, templates, and knowledge management.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and strengthening Prime Finance’s institutional investor relationships through high-quality investor reporting, communications, analysis and service. The Investor Relationships Team is responsible for investor reporting, communications, due diligence, and related operations. The role requires prior investor relations or directly relevant investment management experience, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to translate complex fund and portfolio information into clear, accurate, investor-ready materials.

This position will independently own defined investor reporting and communications, project-manage recurring and ad hoc investor deliverables, prepare senior team members for investor meetings, and coordinate responses to investors, consultants, and other third parties. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $130,000. Actual base salary will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a variety of financial, wellbeing, and health / welfare benefits.
