Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst in Investor Relations & Competitive Intelligence to monitor competitive performance, industry trends, and investor sentiment from our Atlanta Global Support Center. Qualifications

• 4-Year degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or competitive intelligence.
• Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or broader consumer/retail industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling messages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quarterly earnings announcements, conference calls, investor presentations, SEC filings, and analyst commentary for key competitors and industry peers.
• Develop concise earnings recap reports highlighting performance trends, initiatives, management commentary, analyst reaction, guidance, and implications for Inspire Brands.
• Analyze competitor financial results and operating metrics to highlight performance trends, risks, and industry developments.
• Track consensus estimates, revisions, and market reactions across peer companies.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, consumer behavior, investor sentiment, and valuation trends relevant to the business and peer group.
• Prepare recurring competitive intelligence summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Support development of lender call materials, investor presentations, conference materials, and executive talking points.
• Support investor messaging by incorporating competitive, industry, and investor intelligence.
• Track investor and analyst questions to summarize key takeaways for leadership.
• Assist benchmarking and analysis of company and peer financial performance, operating metrics, valuation, and market expectations.
