Job summary

Nationwide in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Internal Audit Professional Rotation Opportunity (PRO) program. The 18-month rotation exposes you to IA teams across products and services, with mentorship and enterprise networking.

You will analyze business processes, test controls, and support assurance and advisory engagements from planning through completion, using analytics and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical or related field preferred.
• Typically two to four years of experience in audit, risk management or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, PMP) or progress toward certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning activities, identifies key risks and controls, and drafts process flows.
• Tests controls across audits, performing population testing with analytics and data visualization.
• Documents issues and opportunities for process improvements identified during testing.
• Attends team and client status meetings, providing timely updates and insights.
• Builds relationships across the enterprise to act as a trusted advisor to clients and risk partners.
