Nationwide is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Internal Audit Professional Rotation Opportunity (PRO) program, an 18-month rotation focused on developing digital capabilities, risk management, and auditing knowledge across Nationwide products and services.

The role involves planning, testing controls, and delivering actionable insights while partnering with teams across the enterprise. Hybrid work is available; office visits are required in Columbus, Ohio, with start date of July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical or related field preferred.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in audit, risk management or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CPA/CIA/CISA/CFE/PMP) or progress toward certification desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and leads planning activities, including risk brainstorming and scoping discussions.
• Tests controls across audits and uses analytics to perform population testing.
• Documents issues and improvement opportunities identified during testing.
• Attends team and client meetings, providing timely status updates and insights.
• Builds relationships across the enterprise to serve as a trusted advisor.
