Job summary

BioAgilytix is seeking a motivated laboratory professional to perform routine assays and support data review. You will prepare samples, reagents, and standards, while maintaining strict documentation and SOP compliance.

You will interpret data, generate summaries, and communicate study progress to project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization of priorities, and collaboration with scientists across studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant scientific or laboratory experience.
• Experience with immunoassay platforms: ELISA, MSD-ECL, Gyrolab, Alphalisa, Licor and Luminex.
• Experience preparing samples, performing scientific calculations, reviewing data, and maintaining controlled laboratory documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assays and related laboratory activities using approved methods and SOPs with limited oversight.
• Prepare reagents, standards, controls, samples, and dilution schemes for studies.
• Review raw data and laboratory records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare routine data summaries, study updates, and presentation materials.
• Identify and troubleshoot common assay, equipment, workflow, and documentation issues; escalate when needed.
• Support peer review of routine assay data and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory readiness by monitoring materials, equipment status, and workspace.
• Help onboard and train Analysts on routines and workflows.
• Communicate study progress, risks, and scheduling constraints to stakeholders.
• Balance multiple priorities to meet client-driven timelines.
• Perform other responsibilities based on project needs.
