We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our GTM Planning & Analytics team. This role supports 'connected planning', assists with the annual plan process, and consolidates GTM capacity models and shared analytics. Responsibilities include data gathering and analysis, report building, and supporting strategic GTM decisions in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
What you'll do:
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, structure, and validate data from sources like CRM, marketing automation, finance systems, and Workday to support GTM planning and analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Create and maintain GTM performance reports and dashboards using BI tools and spreadsheets.
- Quota Model Support: Support GTM Operations in developing and consolidating quota models, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Annual Planning Assistance: Provide analytical support for capacity planning, territory optimization, and budget allocation during the annual GTM planning process.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze GTM performance metrics, identify anomalies, and contribute insights on pipeline, win rates, and sales productivity.
- Connected Planning Contributions: Maintain and update data within planning tools to support 'connected planning'.
- Process Documentation: Document GTM planning and analytics processes and methodologies.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Handle data requests and support the GTM operations team with analytics.
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
- Experience with BI tools like Sigma or Tableau.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales/marketing metrics understanding.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into understandable formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand deeper insights.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field.
