Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Cost & Pricing to shape pricing for US Government programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll develop, analyze, and maintain non‑commercial pricing data for proposals, audits, and billing, with close collaboration across finance, operations, and external auditors.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, disciplined cost analysis, and the ability to navigate FAR/CAS requirements while contributing to ATI’s long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, government pricing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial analyses and support USG proposal pricing presented to C‑suite leaders.
• Support negotiations and audits as the finance liaison with DCAA/DCMA.
• Develop and maintain ATI’s USG provisional billing rates and cost estimates.
• Lead preparation and submission of ATI’s annual Incurred Cost Submission.
• Maintain and update ATI’s cost‑related policies and Disclosure Statement.
• Represent finance on a Defense Product Line Team with cross‑functional leaders.
• Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses.
