Extend is seeking a Fraud Analytics professional to join the Fraud Intelligence team in the United States. You’ll turn signals and transactions from hundreds of millions of users into actionable insights to catch fraud, and you’ll influence model features and decisioning with data-driven guidance.
In this high-ownership role, you’ll mentor analysts, collaborate with Machine Learning and Fraud Ops, and help protect retailers while improving the customer experience and Extend's bottom line.
Extend is revolutionizing the post-purchase experience for retailers and their customers by providing merchants with AI-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Our comprehensive platform offers automated customer service handling, seamless returns/exchange management, end-to-end automated fulfillment, and product protection and shipping protection alongside Extend's best-in-class fraud detection. The Fraud Intelligence team is the analytical core behind Extend’s post-purchase protection platform. We turn signals and transactions from hundreds of millions of users into the insights that decide what we catch, what we stop, and what we let through.
We love uncovering patterns in messy data to catch bad actors, and fraud doesn't stand still. The work moves quickly: a new tactic shows up, you find it in the data, and you help shut it down. You'll work on the front line of how AI is changing fraud review, alongside Fraud Ops and our Machine Learning team, so your analysis turns into material changes, not just a slide.
If you're data-obsessed, impact-driven, and excited by problems at the intersection of analytics and fraud prevention, you'll thrive here. This is a high-ownership role. Your analysis directly protects retailers, builds customer trust, and moves the company's bottom line. You'll also help raise the bar for the team by reviewing code and mentoring junior analysts.
