Position Summary

Senior Analyst, FP&A - Finance Shared Services (Reporting and Automation)

The Senior Analyst will be an integral part of the Shared Services Consolidated Reporting and Automation Team. Reporting to the Lead Director, this role involves maintaining and streamlining consolidated reporting and automation processes, pulling system data, creating reports, and managing allocation files for Corporate Allocations. The role also includes updating reporting scenarios such as budget, forecast, actuals, and strategic planning, with opportunities for cross-enterprise collaboration. The Senior Analyst will support Shared Services FP&A teams by ensuring accurate and timely results reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
2. Create measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting processes.
3. Participate in automating reporting processes.
4. Develop standard and ad hoc reporting packages.
5. Assist FP&A teams in understanding results and meeting deliverables.
6. Support ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
7. Serve as allocations liaison to broader Shared Services and Segments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of finance experience with variance analysis skills across different scenarios.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to handle large datasets accurately under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and data synthesis skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships across large organizations.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Details
