Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide financial support and analytics for the US Tissue Reconstruction division. You will forecast revenue and COGS, assist with annual budgets and strategic plans, and prepare monthly and quarterly results for leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/accounting (FP&A preferred), strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with Hyperion/OneStream/Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA, CMA and/or MBA is a plus, but not required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or accounting roles, preferably in FP&A
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or OneStream is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, Cognos, and Oracle is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales to assist in revenue and Std COGS forecast with scenario planning
  • Partner with accounting to forecast Non Std COGS incl. Excess and Obsolescence and Scrap
  • Calculate run rates and identify trends in the business
  • Support annual budget and long-term strategic plan and periodic forecasting
  • Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis and partner with dept leads to manage spend
  • Support reporting and analytics using automation including AI
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly financial review packages for CEO/CFO
  • Build reporting relationships with CSS locations to improve communication
  • Assist with achievement of division and company financial targets
  • Work with corporate accounting to support monthly close and ad hoc analyses

This position provides financial support and analytics to US Tissue Reconstruction (TR) division. Analyses include but are not limited to revenue and expense results and forecasts - including the annual budget and strategic plans, and ongoing revenue trend, pricing and volume analysis. Additionally, the senior analyst will play a significant role in the analyzing and reporting of monthly and quarterly results. Other detailed analyses will be required on an ad hoc basis.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to assist in preparation of the revenue and Std COGS forecast, including scenario planning and insight generation of impact of revenue and Std Margin trends
  • Partner with accounting to build out a forecast for Non Std COGS including, but not limited to, Excess and Obsolescence and Scrap
  • Calculating run rates and identifying trends in the business
  • Providing financial support to evaluate the annual budget, the long-term strategic business plan, and the periodic forecasting processes
  • Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis; Business partnering with department leads in managing spend within budget
  • support financial reporting and analytics using automation, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Participation in the development and preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business financial review packages which are presented to various levels of management including the CEO and CFO
  • Building strong reporting relationships with business partners at all CSS locations to improve communication and understanding of the business
  • Assisting with the overall achievement of the division’s and company’s financial targets
  • Working closely with the corporate accounting team to support the monthly close processPrepare ad hoc analyses as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA, CMA and/or MBA is a plus, but not required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or accounting roles, preferably in FP&A
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines; Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or OneStream is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, COGNOS, and Oracle is a plus
Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary Pay Range:

$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
