Job summary

CVS Health in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a Finance Analytics professional to support the Standards Enablement function within the Medicaid Finance Center of Excellence, building standardized finance processes, reporting, and analytics that drive consistency across Medicaid markets.

You will develop repeatable assets, apply automation to improve efficiency, and translate process standards into scalable workflows that markets can adopt and sustain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation/reporting experience.
• Experience applying automation to financial processes (Power Query/Automate/macros).
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets that support standardized cross-market processes.
• Apply automation where applicable to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort.

Position Summary:

Support the Standards Enablement function within the Medicaid Finance Center of Excellence, building and maintaining the standardized finance processes, reporting, and analytics that drive consistency across Medicaid markets. • Apply automation where applicable to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort
• Translate process standards into clear, repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting
• Support the roll‑out and adoption of standardized processes across market finance teams

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicaid managed care or healthcare finance experience
• Experience building scalable, repeatable reporting or process templates
• Familiarity with BI/analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI)
• Familiarity with financial controls and governance

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$50,188.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
