Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant strategic planning, business planning, financial analysis, budget, or program-analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing appropriations and aligning funding with organizational requirements.
• Knowledge of Government program planning, budgeting, or financial-execution processes.
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation-development, and coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area. The Senior Analyst will support strategic, financial, and business planning. The position will develop and analyze program and budget information used for POM, BES, President's Budget, and congressional appropriations requirements.
