Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine is seeking a Finance professional to serve as a trusted FP&A partner across Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs. You will own expense management, headcount planning, strategic investments, and drive resource prioritization to align with operational deliverables and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• 5+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Experience with FP&A systems and data visualization tools.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarterly close for assigned teams with timely reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic plan with cross-functional input.
• Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and drivers; recommend actions.
• Create clear presentations communicating financial results and business implications to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting and planning processes.
