Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical or revenue management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of assigned markets, including pricing, inventory, or demand strategies.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and critical thinking in market management.
• Make independent, data-driven decisions within defined corridors to optimize revenue.
• Adjust strategies based on demand trends, competition, and market dynamics.
• Identify risks and opportunities and take action to improve revenue outcomes.
• Communicate decision rationale to stakeholders and align cross-functionally.
• Prioritize multiple time-sensitive analyses and decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Diagnose performance drivers through data and trend analysis.
• Evaluate post-performance results to continuously improve outcomes.
