The position requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering and 5+ years of experience, with strong customer relationships, project management, and knowledge of utility policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced customer relationship skills and project management experience.
• Knowledge of electric and gas technologies; strong analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage polyphase contracts and track costs; review line online and reallocation calculations.
• Administer the ConTrac system database and coordinate SAP-related changes.
• Prepare polyphase line extension packets and depreciation-related reviews.
• Review SAP billing errors with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support MPUC complaints and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with OPCO departments on engineering, billing and rate issues.
