What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of Digital Risk and Compliance programs within the Cybersecurity team
- Evaluate cybersecurity data and system protection controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform regulatory compliance and risk assessments to mitigate cyber risks
- Conduct internal and external audits/assessments related to various cybersecurity standards
- Develop policies and standards to support cybersecurity activities aligned with organizational requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance roles
- Strong governance background in process standards and policy writing
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO 27001
- Proficiency in assessing security and privacy controls and providing remediation guidance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work independently and self-motivate
