Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Decision Analytics to develop advanced analytics and scalable reporting that support Merchandising, Inventory, Offshelf Events, and FP&A.

You will transform legacy reports into trusted models, own recurring close-period and weekly ELT reporting, and use SQL, SAS, R, Python and Tableau to deliver sharp insights while communicating with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years analytics experience and a background in retail analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python and similar tools preferred.
• Experience building queries and simplifying complex queries.
• Experience working with AI.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, inventory, or FP&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers, and analysts to deliver high quality analytics solutions.
• Data analytics with large volumes of data using SQL, SAS, R, and Python.
• Data cleansing, validation, and testing.
• Enhancements or modifications to systems and procedures.
• Supporting end users, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
