Publicis Groupe in New York is seeking a data engineer to design, develop, and evolve data products and reporting solutions for pharmaceutical accounts, applying AI-enabled workflows and scalable architectures.
You will collaborate with BI, Engineering, and Media teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, build automated pipelines, and ensure data quality in fast-paced, Agile environments.
As a key member of the Data Enablement team, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and evolving high-impact data products, visualization solutions, automation initiatives, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll serve as a primary technical contributor for MCI (Datorama) on key pharmaceutical accounts while helping build the next generation of Data Enablement capabilities through automation, AI-enabled workflows, scalable data architecture, and modern reporting solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and building scalable solutions that improve how teams work. You’ll partner closely with Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Media teams to translate complex data into actionable insights while continuously improving the team’s capabilities.

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $101,010.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
