Overview

Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Contract Operations for a Remote/RI location.

Responsibilities
  • This is a contract-focused role titled 'Senior Analyst,' but it is not an analytical role in the traditional sense. The primary responsibilities center around contract operations and negotiations, particularly within the 340B program.
  • Handle contract operations negotiations with clients; this is not an analytical role.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams including Legal, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, and others.
  • Draft and negotiate new and existing business contracts using a contract management software; coordinate with subject matter experts; and moderate Legal calls to move contracts through to completion.
  • Interact with multiple areas to issue agreements, resolve client comments within contracts, and seek successful execution with the team as appropriate.
  • Receive requests for new contracts and amendments; review for accuracy and completeness; and issue paperwork as appropriate.
  • Review client redlines and work with internal resources and business SMEs to prepare responses.
  • Issue signature-ready documents and seek full execution of agreements.
  • Perform Contract Operations activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience managing contract operations and negotiations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomously drive results in conjunction with various business units.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks daily, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strategically coordinate with multiple business units and various levels of an organization to meet a common goal.
  • Contract generation and negotiation; experience with contract lifecycle management software; strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • 1–3 years of the requirements listed above.
  • Associates Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience Required.
Preferred
  • 3–5 years of the requirements listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environments and 340B Programs.
  • Experience working within Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Background in healthcare and/or legal fields.
