Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Contract Management professional to maintain vendor chargeback contracts and support cross-functional teams to optimize cost management for our at-Home Solutions group.

You will analyze vendor cost changes, ensure contract data accuracy, and communicate complex information clearly to influence decisions. Requires 2+ years contracts experience and Excel proficiency; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contracts experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

What Contract Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Contract Management is accountable for creating and maintaining vendor chargeback contracts, customer attachment to chargeback contracts, analyzing chargeback cost changes from manufacturer partners, and working cross functionally to provide actionable insights related to vendor chargeback contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains vendor chargeback contracts for at-Home Solutions

• Works cross functionally with the Sourcing and Portfolio teams to maintain accurate vendor correspondence

• Analyzes impact of vendor cost changes and works with appropriate parties to ensure consensus on go forward plan

• Ensure that vendor chargeback contract data and customer attachment are within defined compliance guidelines

• Understands current data, processes and availability, and how current system processes and existing data can be leveraged to achieve the desired benefits

• Communicates complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others

• Performs validation and testing to confirm the accuracy of the information created
