What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Responsible for revenue and contra-revenue forecasting for annual operating plans and strategic plans
• Provide accounting, forecasting, and financial support for international legal entities in the UK and Canada
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP for forecasting and accounting of revenue and promotions
• Drive system/process improvements and streamline forecasting models and procedures
• Build financial models to calculate ROI on commercial promotional investments

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4-7 years of increasing responsibility within Finance and Accounting roles, preferably with a revenue focus
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting, with excellent technical accounting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with varying ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree and/or CPA is a plus
• Consumer products industry experience is advantageous
