Our team is focused on improving care team’s ability to reach and engage patients. We believe that sustained patient engagement will lead to improved outcomes and a reduction in total cost of care. We often operate in white spaces and require acting as an “owner” to bring projects from idea to execution, proactively problem solve, or double down on adoption of best practices to support a positive patient experience.

This role will support care team enablement and omnichannel outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Data analysis of contact data, patient preferences, and process adherence
  • Resource development, such as training, job aids, and reporting for care teammates & operations leaders.

Within the omnichannel space, projects could include:

  • Opportunity sizing for email & SMS campaigns
  • Pilot design and execution
  • Compiling campaign learnings & recommending enhancements to drive performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, project management, or a corporate strategy role preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills required
What We’ll Provide
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out
  • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace , backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more
  • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.

At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements.

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year.
