PHG Advisory is seeking a hands-on fractional CFO to partner with portfolio clients across North America. You’ll develop financial models, lead budgeting, and deliver monthly reporting with insights for growth and profitability.

You’ll translate complex data into strategic recommendations, challenge assumptions, and guide leadership decisions. This remote role requires availability during U.S. business hours.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in FP&A, financial due diligence, or fractional CFO/advisory roles.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting).
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing and maintaining reporting models and monthly reporting packages.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
• Understanding of facility services/construction accounting processes (job costing, revenue recognition).

Role Description

This role serves as a strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to a portfolio clients, providing fractional CFO services that drive business growth and profitability. Youll work with team members to support the entire FP&A function from annual strategic planning and budget development to monthly financial advisory and performance insights. This is a hands-on CFO role where youll roll up your sleeves to build financial models and reporting packages while also serving as a strategic thought partner to business owners and leadership teams.

Youll translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide critical decision-making. This position is remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours.

• Prior experience independently developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting models and monthly reporting packages (PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
• Solid understanding of facility services / construction accounting processes (job costing, revenue recognition / WIP ad
