Job summary

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Working Capital & Cash Flow Management to support Americas GBS. The role focuses on cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization, with hands-on data analysis across multiple ERP systems.

You will consolidate regional forecasts, develop actionable insights for leadership, build dashboards in Tableau or Excel, and partner with Treasury, FP&A, and Operations to drive efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
5+ years of cash forecasting and FP&A experience.
Proven cash flow modeling and variance analysis skills.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, D365) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Prepare and consolidate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts for the Americas.
Perform variance analysis and communicate insights to leadership.
Develop scenario modeling for strategic planning.
Analyze AR, AP, and inventory to optimize liquidity.
Create dashboards using Tableau or Excel to monitor KPIs.
Present executive-level reports to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Operations across the Americas.
Automate reporting and forecasting processes for efficiency.
