SB Energy, a SoftBank Group-backed leader in data center and power infrastructure, seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst for financing execution across tax equity, project debt, and corporate debt. You will manage loan draws, LC issuances, and due diligence, growing into financing lead over time.

The role offers hybrid work in CA, CO, or TX with competitive base pay and potential for bonuses and equity. Collaborate across Development, Procurement, Construction, and Legal.

Aufgaben

• Lead loan draws and letters of credit and surety bond issuances, support processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation.
• Overcome issues and help drive execution to achieve financial close.
• Build and maintain deep relationships across the company and externally (Independent Engineers, Lenders, and Tax Equity Investors).
• Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including Development, Procurement, Construction, Asset Management, Finance and Legal.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes.
