Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Consultant/Project Management is a fully remote role that plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of business unit strategic plans related to Medicaid provider directory standardization and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of projects and implementation improvements that contribute to the overall success of print and online provider directories.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end process and improvement activities as part of our provider directories.
  • Displaying attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Working collectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years proven experience in working to support multiple business initiatives or projects.
  • Excellent Excel skills, data base management skills, and strong analytical skills required (Formulas, pivot tables, create charts, compare and handle large data sets).
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid products and understanding of provider data / directory products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills that include identification and development of mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence team members and colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships across various functional areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QNXT and Agile project management.
  • QuickBase
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
