What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within BCG’s Public Sector practice, you will support a growing global team by providing digital and technology expertise, analysis and advisory. You’ll act as a thought partner and content expert to case and proposal teams, help structure and solve complex issues, contribute to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials, and support the Center for Digital Government in developing intellectual property and training junior colleagues.

• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role in Washington, DC is $108,800 – $117,500. Total compensation includes a bonus up to 16%, retirement contributions starting at 5% and growing to 10% after two years, and a market‑leading benefits package.
