Job summary

The Minnesota Twins are recruiting a Senior Analyst, Baseball Research to lead advanced statistical research, player evaluation and analytical modelling across Baseball Operations. The role combines technical research leadership, evidence-based decision support and mentoring of junior analysts.

You will analyse player and ball-tracking data, develop models for batting, pitching and defence, and build tools to support recruitment decisions and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in statistical modelling, data analysis or quantitative research.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or similar programming languages.
• Experience designing research and analysing complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively.
