Rite-Hite in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Workato Developer to advance enterprise integration and automation. You will manage incidents, deliver enhancements, and participate in strategic projects requiring Workato expertise.

You will design scalable integrations with Reltio and other systems, build and maintain recipes, and promote deployments with governance. The role requires strong problem solving, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to secure, maintainable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
• Experience building and supporting Workato recipes and integrations.
• Experience designing integration solutions optimized for Workato efficiency.
• Experience with API integrations and API management in Workato.
• Experience with Reltio (MDM) integrations.
• Experience supporting production incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in Workato, including Genies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, JD Edwards, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support integrations and automations using the Workato platform.
• Manage and resolve incidents, defects, and support requests assigned through the integration support queue.
• Perform problem management activities, including identifying root causes, implementing permanent fixes, and driving system stabilization improvements.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies across connected systems.
• Design and implement enhancements to existing recipes, integrations, and workflows.
• Participate in project initiatives requiring Workato development and integration expertise.
• Design scalable and efficient integration solutions optimized for Workato task consumption, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Build, configure, and maintain Workato recipes following established development standards and best practices.
• Support API integrations and API management activities within Workato.
• Develop and support integrations involving Reltio and connected enterprise applications.
• Develop and support AI-driven automations and Workato Genies.
• Promote recipes across environments and manage deployments using proper migration and governance practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, recipes, APIs, support procedures, and root cause analyses.

We are seeking an experienced Workato Developer to support and enhance enterprise integration and automation solutions across the organization. Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands‑on Workato development experience
• Strong experience building and supporting Workato recipes and integrations
• Experience designing integration solutions optimized for Workato task usage and platform efficiency
• Experience with API integrations and API management concepts within Workato
• Experience integrating or supporting Reltio solutions
• Experience supporting production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent corrective actions
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Experience with recipe promotion, deployment processes, and Workato best practices
• Familiarity with AI capabilities within Workato, including Genies or AI‑powered automation solutions
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, JD Edwards (ERP), Workday, Reltio, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with manufacturing, sales, and service business processes
• Familiarity with data transformation and middleware integration patterns
• Workato certifications
