Job summary

Cascadia Capital in Austin, TX is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst or Associate to join our Capital Markets team. This role supports debt and minority equity financings, builds detailed financial models, and helps position clients for competitive financing processes.

You will engage with lenders and investors, draft client materials, and collaborate across industry teams to deliver comprehensive advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated execution.
• 2+ years of private credit experience.
• Understand debt and equity structures (senior, unitranche, mezzanine, structured equity).
• Support credit underwriting and debt structuring analysis, assessing leverage, coverage ratios, and cash flow impacts to evaluate financing alternatives.
• Prepare Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and other marketing materials to position clients for financing processes.
• Lead company and lender diligence efforts, including organizing data rooms, and coordinating management and lender Q&A.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex financial concepts for clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
