Senior Analyst, Asset Management Logistics (Based in NYC, USA)

The Role
You will formulate and execute asset management strategies for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and maximize asset value.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.
2. Track fund performance (NOI and Distributable Income) against underwriting and perform scenario analysis.
3. Assist with divestment/acquisition initiatives, including cash flow analysis and impact on fund distributions.
4. Manage Argus portfolio files, updating revenue, expenses, and performance analyses.
5. Gather market intelligence to ensure competitiveness of the company's offerings.
6. Support financing processes and coordinate with Treasury on loan pools and cash flow management.
7. Assist with fund exit evaluations and build IPO REIT models with the US investment team.
8. Prepare investor reports and address investor queries, participate in IC meetings.
9. Assist with annual valuation processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in asset or portfolio management, with good industrial market knowledge.
• Strong team player with initiative, resourcefulness, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple workflows.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus and MRI is advantageous.

Compensation Data
Annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and other factors. Additional benefits and discretionary bonuses may apply.
