Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or a related function.
Experience with annuity industry-standard operational technologies such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the development of industry-standard distribution automation solutions across Global Atlantic’s annuity platforms.
Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines.
Collaborate with TPAs and external partners to define, enhance, and implement automation capabilities aligned to industry standards.
Provide subject matter expertise on B2B-supported services for internal stakeholders and project teams, including capability reviews, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations.
Lead and represent project initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Develop and maintain effective testing strategies, procedures, and documentation.
Design and execute test scenarios across annuity platforms, including functional, system, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
Review business requirements and user stories to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
Identify, document, and analyze testing results, defects, and usability issues, and partner with stakeholders to drive resolution.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance standards, best practices, and internal processes.
